She offers great medical assistance, has a great knowledge already and loves to hone her skills and is always keen to learn more. Tess is competent in all areas of the clinic. She is abreast of all facets of reception and was instrumental in streamlining procedures to ease workload of all staff. Tess is always ahead with her studies for her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, she is organised and manages her time well. if she is learning new techniques through her course and she thinks it would improve the way we do things in clinic she will bring it to the team to implement.
